Since my last post, Shawn went fishing at Matagorda Bay, the kids and I went to visit family in College Station, AND Max got sick with croup. And as I write this, from my iPhone, I have my two babies laying on me with fever. Looks like we'll have a weekend at home.

The first 2 weeks of July have been crazy at the Terral household. We started off building my dream porch. I didn't realize what a big project it would be nor how much rain we would get. On the mommy homefront it made it hard to take care of the kids since the backyard wasn't safe with lumber, nails and tools. Never mind the noise from nail guns, hammers, saws, etc. Then the rain came, which slowed the project down and made my backyard a swamp! On top of this my kids picked up hand, foot & mouth. I noticed it first on Maddie, then her brother. Max got it worse than Maddie and their skin is just about cleared up. So we were cooped up in the house last week and ready to get out this week!
