It has nearly been a year since Madeline entered our lives and boy are things changing. She is 11 months old and she is such a little firecracker! Shawn calls her our little instigator. She loves to laugh and cut up with Max. They love egging (?) each other on. I have some videos that are hilarious. Meal times are especially funny because they feed each other and make a mess. As far as eating goes. She is pretty much over baby food. Not because she doesn't like it but because she doesn't want me to feed her. We usually wrestle over the spoon which just makes a huge mess. So we do mostly finger foods. She loves chick-fil-a nuggets, fries, grapes, strawberries, goldfish, peas, carrots, corn, etc.. The one things she doesn't really like are mashed potatoes. She finally started getting a tooth this month and her 2 upper teeth should be coming through any day now.
Is she walking? No, but she is mobile. On Shawn's birthday she took her first steps. Since then she has taken anywhere from 3-5 steps at a time. She gets so excited, but she definitely prefers holding on to something. She climbs on everything. She loves to get on top of our little tikes baby slide, fire truck and the stairs. Baby gates are the only thing that can "stop" her, but she does not like them.
She is still a good sleeper. She usually takes about 1-2 naps a day and sleeps from about 8pm -7am. She loves her bottle and takes a sippy cup also. She is in a 4 diaper and is wearing 12 month clothing, but 18 month bottoms.
They both love bath time and they play pretty well together.

I cannot believe that she is almost a YEAR old! What a cutie pie! I want us to plan a play date... We are going on Vacation soon so when we get get back in July would be great... You're always welcome down here, (there is so much to do), but I was thinking it might be fun to take the boys to that 'bouncy- tumble' place I've seen you take Max to?!?! And we could always do both! :) Let me know! Can't wait to see you guys!
Sweet, precious, little girl!! I cannot believe she is almost 1!! WOW! So.... I want us to set up a playdate! We are going on vacation soon, so July would be best! You are always welcome down here- there is so much to do. But I was thinking we could come up there and maybe take the kiddos to that bouncy place you take Max?!?! Let me know!
